As a globally inclusive and diverse company, they have employed approximately 14,000 people around the world and serves customers in more than 100 countries.Responsibilities:Collaborating with clients to understand their business processes and financial requirements.Designing and implementing custom solutions to address specific business requirements that cannot be met through standard SAP configurationConducting thorough testing of SAP FICO configurations and customizations to ensure accuracy and functionality.Creating and maintaining documentation for SAP FICO configurations, customizations, and processesTo drive business discussions, providing direction and assume full responsibility for projects. The candidate must be able to take leadership in the technical and functional analysis, requirements gathering, configuration, testing, implementation, and daily support. Lead business discussions to collect the requirements, prepare business documentation, design, configure, test solutions. Track record of supporting systems with global implementationsCoordinate with all stake holders to drive end to end solutions, bring value delivery, provide day to day support/trouble shooting issues. Requirements:Solid experience in SAP FI CO and integration to MM and SD.Hands on Experience in end-to-end implementation, Support, data migration and roll out of projects in all phases of design, implementation, and testing.Configure SAP FICO module settings, including chart of accounts, posting periods, document types, tax codes, and currency settings, to support financial operations and reporting.Experience in Data Migration/Cutover activities such as master transaction data.Mergers, Acquisitions, and Divestiture projectsAble to handle all modules of FI + COBAP Debugging knowledge is added advantage Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skillsProactively identify areas for process improvements.Provide subject matter expertise with SAP best practices Stay current with SAP FICO module updates, new features, and industry best practices to continuously improve SAP FICO system functionality and drive business value.FICO Data Migration/Cutover activities of Master Transaction DataFI/MM and FI/SD integration Ex: Integrating with Treasury Management platforms (e.g. Kyriba) and Tax Compliance software (e.g. SOVOS)Flexible with working in shifts per business demand overtime.Technical experience including debugging, SAP tables, OSS note application, testing, and coordination with developers is required. The candidate must be able to demonstrate skills in: Leadership, Communication and Adaptability.
