As a globally inclusive and diverse company, they have employed approximately 14,000 people around the world and serves customers in more than 100 countries.Responsibilities:Proactively identify areas for process improvementsTrack record of supporting systems with global implementationsCoordinate with all stake holders to drive end to end solutions, bring value delivery, provide day to day support/trouble shooting issuesLead business discussions to collect the requirements, prepare business documentation, design, configure, test solutions. Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to enhance customer relationship management processes. Configure CRM functionalities within SAP to manage customer interactions, inquiries, and complaints effectivelyDevelop reports and dashboards to provide insights into O2C performance metrics, such as order cycle times, order accuracy, fulfillment rates, and DSO (Days Sales Outstanding). Utilize SAP Business Intelligence tools to create meaningful visualizations for decision-makers.SAP OTC process configuration, sales order management, pricing, delivery, and billing.SD-FI integrations (AR accounting, inventory accounting, inter-company processing)SD pricing design and experience in SD-MM integration (MM fields impacting SD).Requirements:16 years educations Is mandatory-Minimum 10 years of experience in Order to Cash process Experience using SAP ECC is must , Experience to S/4 HANA is added value Solid knowledge of EDI InterfacesExperience with IBP is added advantage Experience in handling Master data Strong technical skills in SAP ECC or S/4HANAHands on Experience in end-to-end implementation, Support, data migration and roll out of projects in all phases of design, implementation, and testing.Experience in Data Migration/Cutover activities such as master transaction data.Must have Mergers, Acquisitions, and Divestiture projects experience. Experience all modules of O2C along with cross functional for FI, MM, WM ABAP Debugging knowledge is added advantage Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skillsProvide subject matter expertise with SAP best practices O2C Data Migration/Cutover activities of Master Transaction DataFlexible with working in shifts per business demand overtime .Global implementations + roll outs across multiple geographies Excellent business communication drives the business calls.Hands on experience in SAP system for all required actives Other:Integrations between SD and WM Order Fulfillment, Logistics, Supply chain Shipping and routing setup Credit Management, MRPs GTC ( Export/Import, Licensing, Labels, Customs, Foreign Trade )E-invoice
