As a globally inclusive and diverse company, they have employed approximately 14,000 people around the world and serves customers in more than 100 countries.Responsibilities:Drive business discussions, providing direction and assume full responsibility for projects.The candidate must be able to take leadership in the technical and functional analysis, requirements gathering, configuration, testing, implementation, and daily support.Technical experience including debugging, SAP tables, OSS note application, testing, and coordination with developers is required.Track record of supporting systems with global implementationsCoordinate with all stake holders to drive end to end solutions, bring value delivery, provide day to day support/trouble shooting issuesLead business discussions to collect the requirements, prepare business documentation, design, configure, test solutionsEnsure that P2P processes comply with relevant regulations and internal policies. Implement controls to mitigate risks related to fraud, data security, and compliance breaches.Manage P2P implementation projects, including planning, resource allocation, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints. Requirements:16 years educations Is mandatory-Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP Procure to Pay Global implementations across multiple geographies Excellent business communication, drives the business calls.The candidate must be able to demonstrate skills in: Leadership, Communication and Adaptability.Hands on experience in SAP system Experience using SAP ECC SAP S/4 HANA systems, with a focus on Master Data governance / support in Materials Management area. Solid experience in SAP Procure to Pay process Basic understanding of ARIBA, EWM IBPHands on Experience in end-to-end implementation, Support, data migration and roll out of projects in all phases of design, implementation, and testing.Experience in Data Migration/Cutover activities such as master transaction data.Must have Mergers, Acquisitions, and Divestiture projects experience Able to handle all modules of P2P along with cross functional touch points ABAP Debugging knowledge is added advantage Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skillsProactively identify areas for process improvements. Provide subject matter expertise with SAP best practices P2P Data Migration/Cutover activities of Master Transaction DataP2P/FICO and other Cross functional integrations.
