Lead business discussions to collect the requirements, prepare business documentation, design, configure, test solutions. Provide subject matter expertise with SAP best practices Analyze existing business processes and design optimized solutions using SAP functionalities for Manufacturing to Stock scenarios.Facilitate change management activities to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and SAP functionalities within the Manufacturing to Stock environmentSAP Manufacturing, (Production Planning and PP variant configuration, and other PP integration areas)PP-Planned Orders, Production Orders, Production VersionsSAP QM-Inspection Plan, Master inspection, Characteristics, Catalogues and Code groupsMaster Data- Material Master, BOMs, Work Centers, Recipes, routingsMRP and capacity/demand planningMake to Order and Make to stock scenariosSAP PP integration areas with other SAP modules specifically MM and SD MRP - Configuration and Integration with Procurement, SDProduction Order Execution - Order confirmation, Goods issue, Goods receipt and Back flushingQuality Management - Quality in Production, In process inspection, Calibration SAP WM processes and integration points with PP, QM, SD and FICO modulesSAP WM - Put away, Batch Management, bin to bin transfer, delivery picking, PGI, Shelf life , Stock Management, Labeling, Hand held devices Requirements:16 years educations Is mandatory-Minimum 10 years of experience in Manufacturing to Stock (PP+ QM+WM)Strong knowledge of Production PlanningGlobal implementations + roll outs across multiple geographies Excellent business communication drives the business calls.Hands on experience in SAP system for all required actives Experience using SAP ECC is must , Experience of SAP PP in S/4 HANA nice to have skillHands on Experience in end-to-end implementation, support, data migration and roll out of projects in all phases of design, implementation, and testing.Knowledge of supply chain management areas MM and SDGood awareness of SAP industry best practices in the PP+QM+QM areaExperience in Data Migration/Cutover activities such as master transaction data.Must have Mergers, Acquisitions, and Divestiture projects experience. Experience all modules of Manufacturing to Stock along with cross functional integration for MM, QM, WM,SD. ABAP Debugging knowledge is added advantage Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skillsProactively identify areas for process improvements.Flexible with working in shifts per business demand overtime .
