Job Responsibilities :- Design and develop mobile applications using MAUI (Multi-platform App UI) and Xamarin Forms across mobile platforms.- Utilize Microsoft technologies (.NET, C#, MVVM, MAUI, XAML) to design and develop mobile applications.- Collaborate closely with onsite, offshore, and cross-functional teams including Product Management, UI/UX developers, Web and Mobile developers, and SQA teams to ensure effective use of technologies for building and delivering high-quality and timely mobile applications.- Proactively identify risks and failure modes early in the development lifecycle and develop Proof of Concepts (POCs) to mitigate risks early in the program.- Take on technical delivery responsibilities for an agile team consisting of developers and SQA members.- Provide technical guidance to junior team members in collaboration with the enterprise architect.Education:- BE / BTech / MTECH / MCA / MS degree in Computer Science or Electrical, Electronics with 4 to 7 years of software development experience.Required Technical Skills:- Assertive communication, strong analytical, problem-solving, debugging, and leadership skills.- Strong hands-on experience in Mobile Application Development, specifically with Xamarin Forms and .NET MAUI.- Proficiency in C#, XAML, and .NET development environments.- Strong understanding of the conversion process from Xamarin to .NET MAUI, including common challenges and best practices.- Experience with the MVVM design pattern and dependency injection.- Advanced C# Programming: Deep understanding and proficiency in C# language features, advanced concepts, and best practices.- Expertise in .NET Framework: Extensive experience working with various versions of the .NET framework, including .NET Core and .NET 6, with a strong understanding of their features and capabilities.- Mastery of XAML: Proficient in creating complex user interfaces using XAML, including custom controls, data binding, and styling.- In-depth Knowledge of MVVM Architecture: Extensive experience implementing and optimizing MVVM architecture in large-scale .NET applications.- Cross-Platform Development Expertise: Proven track record of developing cross-platform applications using frameworks like .NET MAUI, Xamarin, or Blazor.- Experience with BLE and NFC Integration: Hands-on experience integrating Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) and Near Field Communication (NFC) technologies into .NET applications, including device discovery, communication, and data exchange.- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, asynchronous programming, and database storage solutions.- Active participation in MAUI and Xamarin developer communities, showcasing involvement through contributions to open-source projects, forums, or blogs.
