Network security engineer

Essential Functions: • Ensure that security projects are implemented in a timely manner. • Work closely with internal and external partners, as well as with the customer s staff, to deliver network security projects • Manage security project deliverables and report progress to management • Conduct internal trainings on the Network and Security domain • Escalate issues that need immediate attention to T3/consultants and above • Work with infrastructure architects and external consultants Required Qualifications:  Deep understanding of Network Security Protocols  Expertise in TCP/IP and layer 4 to 7 understanding  Hands on experience with firewalls Palo/Cisco/Checkpoint/Fortinet etc.  Knowledge on Panorama/FMC/Forti Manager etc  Strong knowledge in Routing and Switching VPN, MPLS, and VRF.  Understanding of wireless networks CCNA advantage and working towards CCNA security or CCNP  Good with documentation and HLD/LLD design topology  Basic knowledge of Azure or AWS cloud IaaS  Experience in wireless Cisco or Aruba controllers and APs  Experience in Cisco ISE/DNAC and SDA  Deep understanding of secure network design at all levels  Knowledge in Virtualization and Containerization  Knowledge in Windows AD/DNS/DHCP/NTP/SNMP  Basic knowledge of SDWAN (Cisco/Velocloud) or any  Knowledge in Python/Ansible/Terraform IaC tools  Knowledge in ACI/F5 Soft skills: Good communication skills (Written Oral)  Flexible to work in the evening shifts.  Individual and team player Powered by Webbtree
