Job Description:Provide technical support to customers and partners regarding Aruba Networks products and solutions.Diagnose and troubleshoot network-related issues, including wireless LAN, switching, security, and network management.Work closely with customers to understand their network infrastructure and provide appropriate solutions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product management, to resolve complex technical issues.Document customer interactions, troubleshooting steps, and solutions in a clear and concise manner.Participate in knowledge sharing activities and contribute to the improvement of support processes.Qualifications:Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Previous experience in a technical support role, preferably in networking or telecommunications.Strong understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and technologies, including TCP/IP, VLANs, WLANs, and routing protocols.Experience with Aruba Networks products and solutions is highly desirable.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or Aruba Certified Mobility Associate (ACMA) would be advantageous.Please note that this is a generalized job description, and the actual requirements may vary depending on the specific needs of Aruba Networks for the T2 Engineer position in Hyderabad.
