Developing strategies. Analyse challenges and limitations in the flying operating environment, devising effective strategies and solutions for implementing flight activities in line with applications.Operational Technical oversight. Provide guidance and oversight in terms of Fight operations as well as technical to the Flight team conducting flight operations ensuring optimum results and customer satisfaction.Keeping track of activities. Keep a complete track and records of all Flight related activities pertaining to various customers like MoD, MHA, enterprise etc.Create / Amend the SOPs. Regularly update existing SOPs based on software/ technological updates, integrate them into UAS for required flight operations, and create new SOPs for new products, locations, and future updates.Ensure the Plan / Process / Executions as per SOPs. Ensure strict adherence to SOPs and safety practices. Conduct surprise audits of various facilities to confirm compliance and issue corrective procedures as necessary.Work with internal teams. Work closely with teams directly/indirectly involved with the product to gain a comprehensive understanding. Contribute to the development of various test procedures and generate detailed reports.End-user interactions. Engage in periodic interactions with end-users to better understand their experiences, operational challenges, and technical constraints. Collect feedback covering all aspects.To take active involvement in RCA. Provide expert advice in RCA, collaborating with end-users, field operations teams, and other stakeholders to identify problem statements. Provide suggestions, feedback, and validate solutions.Stay Informed: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes related to UAV systems to ensure compliance and maintain competitiveness.
