Analyze system performance under various conditions to ensure the integrity and quality of the design.● Component Selection and Manufacturing/Sourcing: Select appropriate hardware components to ensure designs are producible and scalable. Provide guidance on tooling, fabrication methods, and assembly. Dive deep into tolerance stack-ups to guarantee design robustness and assist in sourcing and evaluating suppliers and vendors for specialized mechanical components.● Quality and Reliability :Champion the application of GD T and tolerance stack-ups to ensure consistent quality across design iterations and manufacturing batches.
