DescriptionOur Banking client is seeking a Data Entry Operator to join their team. As a Data Entry Operator, you will play a critical role in ensuring efficiency and accuracy in the bank s databases. You will be responsible for inputting and updating customer information, transactions, and other important data. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, have excellent typing and computer skills, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesEnsuring accurate and timely entry of customer data and transactions into the bank s databasesAuditing and verifying the accuracy of data enteredDiagnosing and resolving data-related issues, such as formatting, input errors or incomplete informationMaintaining accurate and up-to-date records and filesCollaborating with other departments to ensure data is consistent throughout the bank s systemsPerforming regular data backupsSupporting internal and external audits by providing necessary data and documentationRequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent2+ years of experience in data entry or a related fieldExcellent typing and computer skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially ExcelAbility to manage, prioritize, and multitask in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and ability to detect errorsGood communication and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of banking systems and practices is preferred but not required.
