Data entry operator remote

We are looking for a Data Entry Operator who would like to work for an industry leading provider dedicated to changing wireless forever and connecting our customers’ world together.As the Data Entry Operator we are looking for someone who is responsible for collecting and entering data in databases and maintaining accurate records of valuable company information. Our ideal candidate has essential data entry skills, such as fast typing with an eye for detail and familiarity with spreadsheets and online forms. Previous experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar position will be considered an advantage.Ultimately, a successful Data Entry Operator will be responsible for maintaining accurate, up-to-date and useable information in our systems.ResponsibilitiesUses data entry equipment to record assigned Sales Field Agent data in a timely and accurate manner.Creating new Sales Field Agent accounts for enrollment databaseEnrolling new Sales Field Agents in the training databaseAssisting in documenting processes and proceduresHandle complex transactions that require attention to detailVerifying agent data for accuracy, including, name and date of birthSubmitting background checks on Field AgentsResolving trouble tickets in an accurate and timely mannerResolves minor processing problems; seeks assistance from supervisor or other appropriate staff for issues beyond immediate expertise.Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information.Performs other related duties as assigned.Job RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent required.Excellent and precise data entry and typing skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related softwareExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to keep information confidentialAbility to work independentlyAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentEspañol is a plusSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayAbility to work remoteSupplemental pay types:Bonus pay Powered by Webbtree
