The company serves various markets like legal, risk, compliance, accounting, finance, etc.Role Description:The Technology Solution Implementation Consultant is a member of the Functional Expert Services Team within the Professional Services Department.The Functional Expert Services is dedicated to designing, developing, and maintaining software s Best Practice Templates and Certified add-ons, which are pre-configured solutions and features developed with the goal of more efficient and effective client implementation of all modules.The Technology Solution Implementation Consultant contributes to the setup, configuration, testing, delivery and documentation of the Best Practice Templates and Certified add-ons to meet new customer/market needs. You will work with Business Analysts to identify software solutions to meet our business needs and assist with providing technical expertise to determine feasibility and fit for business requirements.Responsibilities:Implement Best Practice Templates’ enhancements and Certified add-ons.Perform configurations, scripting, and solutions adaptations to implement requirements.Enable and configure new features introduced by the Enablon Product Team.Assist in packaging Settings Data Content related to Best Practice Templates.Track and troubleshoot issues related to configuration, network, security, performance, database and deliver fixes.Support the Enablon Upgrade Services Team with the upgrades of the Best Practices Templates.Support technical activities and discussions with the Professional Services Team, Quality Assurance Team, and Upgrade Services Team during internal project activities.Participates in various internal initiatives related to Best Practice Templates’ such as Automated Tests, and End-To-End Testing.Create and maintain documentation.Assist in developing solution delivery practices, processes, and methodologies.Analyze technical feasibility and estimate implementation effort.Requirements:ExperienceDegree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent.Knowledge of theories, principles, and concepts related to technology implementation.Experience working in a software engineering or implementation consultant role.Experience in Software Product Development or Software Implementation.Knowledge of software development lifecycle and activities.Ability to work autonomously and independently.Effective interpersonal and communication skills.Knowledge of XML.Desirable:Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, C, C++, VB, .NET and other web technologies as well as knowledge of database design concepts.What Do We Offer To You?Salary commensurate with your skills and experience with a bonus plan.Permanent contract with a probation period of 2 months.The flexibility to balance your time between working from home (up to 3 days) or from our well-equipped offices.25 holidays based on a 40-hour working week.Good pension plan and discount on insurances.Equipment to support working from home including a laptop, screens, sit-stand desk, and chair.Allowances for working from home and travel.A commitment to invest in your personal development through dedicated learning and career development programs and (international) opportunities to grow within the company.Overall, a fun, multicultural, and inclusive, working environment where employee satisfaction and engagement are a top priority.
