They have employed 51000 people around the world.Responsibilities:Prepare analysis of daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and year end reporting for UAE Direct Finance and Sales Operations Logistics functions.Participate in the preparation of the monthly forecast, strategic plan and annual budget for UAE Direct Finance and Sales Operations Logistics functions.Preparation of UAE Direct consolidated Group Reporting Packs on a monthly basis and analyze key numbers provided for accuracy.Perform P L month end closing activities for the UAE Direct consolidation and reconciliation of UAE Direct Management reporting to Financial ReportingSupport Product line financial analysis and reportingKey aspect of the role is to develop the existing processes and controls further and embed them within the Finance and Sales Operations Logistics team across UAE Direct.Assist the MENCA Business Controller with key task for the implementation of any new tools and system, assist in data management and improving data accuracyAd hoc analysis and reporting when requiredManagement of contractual incentives and G2N management and reportingPricing and cost analysis, impact on price, mix and volumesProfitability analysis on customer, product and/or projectsClosing the Gap” activities regarding the business financial targets – analysis of the causes and making proposalsLogistics and Warranty Expense ControllingSFC Mktg Expense Controlling Requirements:Excel expert, previous experience with SAP R3 / BPC / AARO / TM1Exp- 2-6 yearsDegree or Diploma in Finance, Accounting or Engineering with previous experiences in similar roleCommercially astute with ability and desire to understand the businessStrong analytical, planning, and organizational skillsConfident and able communicator who can work independentlyEnthusiastic and proactive to take on challenges to further professional developmentAbility to work under pressure and to tight deadlinesMust be culturally aware and have excellent people skills to succeed in this challenging role.Must be comfortable analyzing and interpreting complex data and drawing logical conclusions.Must be able to prioritize work appropriately, recognizing the relative importance of tasks in light of conflicting commercial and operational activities
