They are constantly growing by creating new technologies through its Research and Development efforts and branch into new business lines through Investments and Acquisitions.Responsibilities:You are expected to be able to perform the following:Act as a central point of contact for asset teams, facilitating communication and information sharing between GME and assigned assets.Build and maintain strong working relationships with assigned asset teams across the downstream portfolio.Monitor and manage or coordinate information requests, audits and site visits between GME and the assets.Collect, track and provide assurance asset data and performance metrics and collaborate with relevant teams (e.g., Maintenance) to proactively identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for enhancementIdentify and manage potential risks associated with assigned assets performance.Prepare presentations and reports to communicate GME programs/initiatives/strategies to assigned asset teams and senior leadership.Develop, maintain, and present comprehensive asset performance reports and presentations to GME leadership and direct management, highlighting key performance metrics, trends, and recommendationsSupport GME in identifying and implementing best practices across Company s downstream portfolio.Stay abreast of global and regional Oil Gas industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes that may impact assigned assets’ businesses.Evaluate Investment opportunities, Optimize asset performance , manage budgets and insure financial objective are aligned with overall business goals. Requirements:As the successful candidate you will hold Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a related field. You will have a minimum of ten years of asset management, portfolio management, or a related role within the downstream oil gas industry.You have experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing high-level stakeholder relationships.You will be able to demonstrate strong understanding of downstream oil gas operations, including refining and petrochemicalsYou will be able to demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.You have experience working with data analysis tools and performance metrics, as well as presentation and reporting tools (e.g., MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint).You have experience with Oil Gas benchmarking and performance management frameworks, such as Solomon or RAM.
