This allows them to partner effectively with great entrepreneurs and management teams to scale innovative businesses around the world.Responsibilities:Schedule investor meetings and conference calls with professionals across various international officesCoordinate team’s involvement in industry conferences and support organization of regional firm events, investor dinners, etc.Maintaining database for investor interactions and follow-upsWork collaboratively with legal and finance teams on investor communications and onboardingManage investor contacts and mailing process for communicationsAssist with complex travel arrangements when neededVarious other projects as assignedRequirements:College degree requiredMinimum 5 years of experience – exposure to alternative asset management or financial services is desirableSuperior experience and competency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; strong comfort level to learn to use various other internal software tools; experience with Salesforce a plusStrong attention to detail with ability to be proactive, solve problems, think critically, and multitaskAbility to work in a fast‐paced and highly demanding environment while maintaining professionalism and accuracyAbility to liaise across all offices globally Demonstrable project management skills, including with multiple internal and external stakeholdersA strong work ethic and motivated, flexible nature, team‐player spirit, ability to maintain composure at all timesExcellent written oral communication
