They are constantly growing by creating new technologies through its Research and Development efforts and branch into new business lines through Investments and Acquisitions.Responsibilities:Designs, develops, implements, and evaluates all visual content for learning, development, and performance solutions.Designs and develops print materials, video production, animation, and visual effects.Translates strategic objectives into visual design elements.Identifies opportunities to implement graphic improvements that increase effectiveness of curriculum.Develop and implement visual standards and procedures to ensure the relevance of learning content.Develop and maintain graphic library for department use.Manage brand consistency with stakeholder input.Design and enhance overall look and style of publications and advertising campaigns.Identify resources and partners that can enhance department content and solutions. Uses Microsoft Office products to develop professional documents, presentations, and spreadsheets.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Art, Graphic Design, or similar field.Three to five (3-5) years of experience working in a creative environment.Adobe Creative CloudAutodesk Maya MudboxVideo Motion GraphicsUnreal Game EngineAvid/Final Cut Pro softwareMAC operating systemsMusic and sound effects editing platformsHigh level of English reading, listening, writing, and speaking proficiency.Highly experienced in the use of publishing platforms such as Adobe, Affinity Designer, Designer, Sketch and Microsoft Publisher.High level of proficiency using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.Working knowledge of composition, components and concepts.Ability to generate new and original ideas within the parameters of stated objectives.Ability to relate and partner with multiple team members to produce effective outcomes.Remain flexible with changes in project scope, deadlines and resources.Must have a portfolio demonstrating skills.
