Experience: 10+ Years Qualification: B.Tech or M.TechPreferred Certification: Aerospace, Mechanical Job Location: New DelhiJOB DESCRIPTION● Leads Standards team from IdeaForge for certification of UAVs.● Derives strategy for Standards/Norms and Guidelines for UAVs.● Drives best practices for creating documentations for certification of UAVs and golden samples of documents.● Deep Customer Understanding and collaborate with agencies like DFI, BIS, QCI and DGCA.● Maintain detailed documentation of Standards, Guidelines, Test Certificates etc to facilitate overall certification processes with government agencies.● Works closely with cross-functional teams, including Product management, Product marketing, Manufacturing, Sourcing, Quality management, software engineers, Electronics Engineers, Hardware engineers, Project managers, Sales, Business Development, Marketing to achieve project goals and deadlines.● Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes related to drone systems to ensure compliance and competitiveness.SKILLS: Bachelor or Master’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical engineering, or a related field. Understanding of Test standards and protocols like JSS, MIL, JSG, IS, AS etc. Experience with Homologation/Type Certification/Product Compliance etc. Knowledge of drone regulations and safety standards.
