Summary of the Role: The purpose of this role is to work with internal and external stakeholders to drive growth of BlazeMaster Fire Protection systems in India. The role will deliver the Pan:India growth of BlazeMaster business, establish Lubrizol as partner of choice with key stakeholders like Fire consultants, Contractors, Builders, Local fire officers and drive collaboration and strategic initiatives with our BlazeMaster licensee partners. Responsibilities/ Accountabilities: This person is responsible for: : Quantify and regularly refresh Blaze Master s value proposition over traditional material. : Prepare customer impact statements and customer value communication for specific segments. : Work with licensee to get required approvals from local fire authorities, supply product on time to customers. : Establish and build relationship with key stakeholders like Fire consultants, Contractors, Local fire officers. : Manage joint visits to key stakeholders. : Maintain opportunity database and projects pipeline. : Build and develop key strategic accounts, grow business at the key accounts in line with our BU strategic goals. : Establish collaborative relationships with key customers, internal stakeholders including local and global team members. : Represent Lubrizol at different external events for the organization. Skills, Qualifications, Experience, Special Requirements: : Minimum 10 years of experience, preferably in Fire Protection industry in marketing or sales : Bachelor s degree in a science discipline from an accredited university with an MBA in Marketing preferred : Prior experience of establishing contact and working with key stakeholders in the value chain including Fire consultant, Contractors, MEP consultants, Builders etc. : Excellent interpersonal abilities and a strong drive for results. : Demonstrated abilities and successes in implementing new product, solution, technology and value selling programs.
