Job Level : 8 The position As a Global Associate Director : HEOR at Novo Nordisk, you will: : Lead the strategic development and implementation of Health Economics and Outcomes Research strategies and plans for relevant brands to contribute to their market access preparedness. : Drive evidence generation, including HE model(s) development, economic evaluation, cost and health:related quality:of:life studies, and indirect treatment comparisons. : Substantiate a strong support of the Payer Value Story with credible Health Economics and Outcomes Research evidence. : Build the content of the Global Reimbursement Dossier for affiliates. : Assess and address affiliate support/challenges for reimbursement and Health Technology Appraisal (HTA) submissions. : Contribute to Health Economics and Outcomes Research publication strategy and execution. : Provide internal and/or external training and presentations on Health Economics and Outcomes Research. Qualifications To be our Global Associate Director : HEOR, we are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications: : University master s degree in an appropriate field such as health economics or outcomes research, epidemiology, or statistics/biostatistics. : Documented training in health economics or outcomes research. : 10+ years of experience in health economics and health outcomes research, ideally within the pharmaceutical industry or consultancy. : Proven strong scientific publication track record (in peer:reviewed manuscripts). About the department The Commercial : GBS unit is responsible for driving deliverables for multiple Corporate Vice President (CVP) areas within Commercial : GBS. This includes Insulin, GLP:1 and Obesity Marketing, Market Access, Commercial Planning, and Commercial Operations.
