You will be a part of the collaboration with our blockchain partners such as Polygon, Solana, Ethereum, Binance, Avalanche, and others as we strive to push the boundaries of possibility in the gaming realm The Role: The role is designed for a high volume impact role which will focus on B2B and B2C business development activities:As a Business Development Manager, the candidate will focus on signing games on behalf of Aura by closely collaborating with gaming studios and partnersIdentify and evaluate new business opportunities and integration along with gaming studios and ecosystem partnersLeverage personal industry connections to engage and advise on web3 and Gaming to sign more gamesThe candidate will also be interacting with other vendors and partners including payment providers, gaming guilds, DAOs etc.Experience in Gaming, sports, NFTs, blockchain, digital collectibles, token economies and zeal to gain knowledge about the upcoming games and technologiesDeep understanding and knowledge of business growth strategies, operational excellence, and market entry strategiesLooking for a candidate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and expert in unlocking and winning the dealsYou will get exposure to work with founders and leaders and interact with key leaders in the industryWilling to travel to represent Aura at various events across the globeQualifications:4+ years of experience in Gaming and Blockchain industry along with Business Development/Partnerships/Sales roleGood to have experience in BD, partnership, and strategy experience in AAA and Indie gaming and able to leverage their industry connections to grow business for AuraProven track record of establishing and leveraging high-level relationships and presenting creative solutions to generate growthReady to work with ambiguity and faced paced startup environmentPre-existing knowledge about NFTs, Gaming, and BlockchainShould be a bilingual candidate who is fluent in English and Korean/Japanese/Cantonese/Mandarin/ChineseBenefitsJoin us at the forefront of cutting-edge blockchain technology and the burgeoning use-case of NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens).
