Plan, develop, organize, write, and edit User Handbooks, Technical Manuals, operational procedures, and any technical aggregates. Create Videos, Computer Based Training (CBT) Modules and Interactive Electronic Technical Manual (IETM).Prepare and maintain Technical Specifications at UAV and Systems level and, product requirement documents in sync with market requirements.Manage a team of technical writers.Maintain a comprehensive library of technical terminology and documentation. Manage updates and revisions.Interact with customer and approving agencies for the review and approval of documentation.Participate in the Demos/ Trails at customer locations (if required)Quality: Develop and implement quality and control processes. Documentation: Maintain detailed project plan, check list, complete processes, and configurations. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product management, Product marketing, Manufacturing, Sourcing, Quality management, software engineers, Electronics Engineers, Hardware engineers, and Project managers, to achieve project goals and deadlines. Stay Informed: Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes related to drone systems to ensure compliance and competitiveness. SKILLS QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor s degree in Aeronautical Engineering / Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (Mechanical).Knowledge of XML and DITA implementation.Knowledge on FOSI Stylesheet.Proficiency in drone hardware and software, including flight controllers, sensors, and autopilot systems.Good understanding of Project management.Good command on languages (English and Hindi).Excellent Communication, problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
