Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our growing HR shared services team as a Workplace Investigator (Employee Relations Specialist). In this role, you will play a vital role in supporting a positive work environment by conducting confidential investigations into employee concerns, complaints, and potential policy violations. The position is responsible for Managing the regional ER service:delivery model and will undertake workplace investigations, performance management, mediation, and employee relations consulting within the region, in line with the corporate ER policy guidelines. You will also assist with a variety of employee relations activities, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for our staff. Major Responsibilities: : Manage Employee Relations within the region, including workplace investigations, performance management and mediation. : Deliver employee relations consulting across manager and employee concerns, grievances and disputes. : Conduct confidential investigations into employee concerns, complaints, and potential policy violations, following established procedures. : Prepare comprehensive and objective reports summarizing findings and recommendations. : Promote and support referrals to the Employee Assistance Program (EAP). : Deliver workforce ranking and reduction in force processes as initiated by Function and/or Regional Management : Assist with the development and implementation of corrective action plans and disciplinary processes, in accordance with company policies and legal requirements. : Provide counsel to projects on maintaining harmonious employee relations through clear and concise communication of employee relations programs. : Provide support and guidance to employees throughout the investigative and resolution processes. : Maintain accurate and confidential records of all investigations and employee relations activities. : Perform other duties as required by the R and C / ER Manager. : Stay up to date on relevant employment laws and regulations. : Recommend and implement cha
