Your Mission: As our Manager, Enterprise Applications : Order:to:cash and Logistics , based in Madhapur, Hyderabadand reporting to the Sr. Director : Enterprise Systems, your role will be pivotal in ensuring the seamless integration and optimization of IT solutions that drive the organizations supply chain processes. You will serve as the domain expert, collaborating closely with business stakeholders to translate their requirements into end:to:end system capabilities. Your primary responsibilities include providing hands:on expertise in Oracle E:Business Suite (or similar platforms) for Order Management, Shipping, Advanced Pricing, ATP, and Logistics processes. You will lead the design, implementation, testing, and support of these critical systems, ensuring alignment with the organizations IT strategy and roadmap. Additionally, you will oversee the development and deployment of solutions, drive adoption, and monitor performance metrics, working closely with cross:functional teams and external partners to deliver best:in:class solutions that enable the organizations growth and sustainable future. Make Your Mark: How You Will Drive Change: : Driving the implementation and enhancement of IT solutions for Order to Cash (O2C), Available to Promise, Advanced Pricing, and Logistics domains. : Providing expert guidance on IT solutions and best practices to optimize process performance and align with business objectives. : The validation and translation of business requirements into comprehensive system capabilities, ensuring alignment with IT strategy and roadmap. : Ensuring seamless application support in a 24x5 environment, meeting agreed SLAs, and providing on:call support for critical incidents. : Collaborate closely with domain consultants, enterprise architects, and cross:functional leaders to assess impacts, develop solutions, and drive alignment across functions. : Lead and mentor a team of business analysts, ensuring detailed documentation of functional requirements and effective impact assessments for business initiatives. Your Toolkit: Skills That Make a Difference Essential for your Success: : Minimum 15 years of hands:on experience in implementing and supporting Oracle E:Business Suite (R12.2.X) or similar platforms. : Extensive expertise in Order Management, Shipping, Advanced Pricing, intercompany, Available to Promise (ATP) business processes. : Proven track record of end:to:end implementations and Global rollouts for reputable MNCs. : Strong experience with requirements gathering, solution design, configurations, testing, post:production support, and documentation. : Hands:on experience in Inventory, Order Management, Advanced Pricing, Sourcing, Warehouse Managem
