Essential Functions: 1. Commercial Application Support : Provide technical support for commercial team on Memchem applications at key customer sites. Develop action plans and drive execution to solve the toughest technical problems. : Conduct echnical trainings for sales team; attend/support customer meetings or seminars and present technical information. : Drive and support commercial deployment/launch of new products or technologies. 2. Product Management Support : Must be willing and able to lead new product, technology, tools and development projects. Support or lead NPI (New Product Introduction) and DMP (Direct Material Productivity) initiatives as needed : Stay abreast of new industry developments and competitive offerings; work with product management to develop and execute action and communication plans with the commercial teams. : Support PM (Product Manager) to develop new applications growth areas through market research and commercial inputs; promote products and services to potential and existing customers. 3. Technical Leadership : Act as a technical expert in Memchem Applications. : Create and publish technical content for case histories, best practice, and external technical conferences or magazines. Qualifications /Requirements: : Bachelor s degree or higher in engineering or science (Chemistry/chemical or environmental preferred) : 5+ years of Membrane Chemical applications experience, preferably exposure to multiple regions/ geography. : Ability to travel domestically 25:45 as required.
