Job Summary Assistant Sales Manager:Chennai stylemargin:bottom:13.0px: : Direct Marketing and Field Sales initiatives in the Region for WIDMA Products (refer Widma). : Business Development for WIDMA products in the region. (Enquiry Generation to order / Sales) : Co:ordinate with Product Team at HO for timely submission of quotation. Interface between Customer and Product Team. : Techno :Commercial discussion with customer and order finalization. : Lead and act for customer Satisfaction. Key Job Responsibilities stylemargin:bottom:13.0px: : To Achieve / Exceed Allotted order Target from the Region for WIDMA products and have YOY Growth. : Maintain customer Satisfaction. : Supply payment and Advance payment collection within Specified timelines. Knowledge and Skills: stylemargin:bottom:13.0px: : BE (Mechanical / Mechatronics /Prod. Engg. /Indus. Engg.)/ DME* : Overall experience in Metal cutting Machine Tool field and at least 2 years in Field experience/customer interaction. : Strong ability to understand customers issues and to tackle problems. Comfortable with taking responsibility and to meet with customer expectation. : Tech:commercial business Acumen. : Good Presentation skills, Written and Verbal communication skills in regional language as well as English. Education and Skills BE (Mechanical / Mechatronics /Prod. Engg. /Indus.
