Senior Test Automation Engineer is accountable for delivering automated UI and API tests for AGCO s retail solutions, and other internal applications. This role applies the combined professional skills, AGCO knowledge and technical expertise so that, collaborate with a global team, provide solutions to support the AGCO business. Expectation with this role to create and improve the technical/technological foundations of the development activities, and train colleagues in order to maturing best practices. Your Impact Test Automation Development: stylemargin:bottom:11.0px: : Design, develop, and implement test automation scripts to meet business requirements, ensuring high performance, scalability, and maintainability. : Participate in development of new features. : Help increasing and maintaining a test automation framework and the related UI/API test cases : Writing automated tests in every test level. : Helping in the maintenance of CI/CD, creation of GitHub workflow files. Version Control and Release Management: stylemargin:bottom:11.0px: : Use version control systems (e.g., Git) to manage codebase and collaborate with team members effectively. : Coordinate and oversee the deployments and release process by testing perspective. Code Quality and Optimization: stylemargin:bottom:11.0px: : Write a well:designed, testable, quality code following clean code principles. : Identify and address performance bottlenecks and optimize the platform for speed and efficiency. : Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve issues promptly, ensuring minimal downtime. Collaboration and Documentation: stylemargin:bottom:11.0px: : Work closely with cross:functional teams, including designers, BA s and developers to deliver complete solutions. : Document his or her work based on company standards. Your Experience and Qualifications stylemargin:bottom:11.0px: : Overall 2:5years of experience. : Bachelor s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). : ISTQB certification is a plus. : Strong expertise in development on Test Automation field, preferably Java. : Experience with RESTful APIs, SOAP, and other integration protocols. : Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git. : Experience with Cucumber, Selenium, JUnit is a must. : Experience of application design, Object:Oriented Programming and Design Patterns. : Experience with Maven, GitHub, RESTAssured, Serenity is a plus Excellent problem:solving skills and attention to detail. : Solid understanding of Agile and DevOps principles. : Continuous learning mindset and a passion for staying updated with latest technologies. : Strong communication and collaboration skills.
