Apply now Meet the team The mission of SAP S/4HANA and the Public Cloud ERP Product Management team is to drive and grow SAP s core business as a market leader in cloud ERP. We are responsible for defining product scenarios based on market and target customer needs and translating them into consumable product requirements for engineering teams. We work hand:in:hand with our engineering and product marketing teams, as well as with our customers and partners on continuously improving our S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition product. Product Management is the authoritative voice of the legitimate challenges customers face, evangelizing an outcome:based product vision and roadmap that truly solves customer pain points by creating products that delight, yet serve the needs of SAP. The Role We are looking for a passionate candidate that can lead a professional and future:oriented cloud product management unit. Ideally, you bring a track record in leading multi:national cloud and state:of:the:art SaaS units and are used to working in a fast:paced and agile organization. You will need to drive your organization towards a true SaaS mindset and setup, and quickly establish credibility and trust with key SAP leaders, product marketing and product management teams, engineering teams, customers, and your future peers. As a manager, you will have a CEO mindset, meaning you have accountability for driving success and growth of your respective product area. Your future product management team has end:to:end responsibility for a wide range of logistical areas spanning from (and not limited to) the advanced product configuration, the management of serial and batch numbers throughout the sußpply chain, the management of handling units, the inventory and delivery logistics, all the way to warehouse and transportation logistics. Therefore, indepth expertise in one or more of these topic areas is an advantage. What you ll do The Head of Advanced Cloud Logistics will report to the Head of Product Centric Cloud ERP PM and lead a team across multiple locations. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: : Lead with customer adoption and satisfaction at every step of the way : Personify, live, and breathe a SaaS mindset and be a role model to other stakeholders : Be a strong influencer across SAP and in the market : Lead a highly motivated and world class product management unit with focus on Advanced Cloud Logistics that supports the SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition s strategic direction and growth ambitions : Understand and take ownership (with your team) of customer problems and turn them into product solutions from concept through to requirements, design, and delivery, collaborating with product marketing, engineering, and other stakeholders in doing so : Engage customers, partners, and other stakeholders at all stages of the product lifecycle to ensure we are solving the right problems and building products our customers need : Be an spokesperson for Cloud ERP within SAP and with analysts, press, and influencers : Create a highly innovative organization with strong focus on Employee Engagement and leadership NPS What you bring : 12+ years of relevant work experience in the software industry, preferably in a SaaS organization with Product Management; strong CEO mindset : Sound expertise in one or multipl
