About the department Digital, Data and IT (DD and IT) India was established in February 2010. It is a team of 900+ highly skilled IT professionals located in Global Business Services (GBS) Bangalore. The main role of DD and IT is to manage IT, which includes System Management, Project Management, Infrastructure Management, Compliance Management, Security Management, Process Management and Vendor Management. Commercial IT department is an integral part of DD and IT India and is responsible for delivering projects and managing systems for Sales, Marketing, Medical and Market Access teams. In DD and IT, we drive projects, manage critical IT systems, services and infrastructure used along the entire value chain of Novo Nordisk. The Position As a Senior Developer at Novo Nordisk, you will have the opportunity to: stylemargin:bottom:13.0px: : Support the development and scaling of the ecosystem with new digital capabilities across regions in International Operations (IO). : Manage and act as an Administrator for SAAS webinar platforms : GoToWebinar (GTW) and ON24. : Provide guidance to business and end:users, working independently on administration and development aspects in Salesforce. : Collaborate with stakeholders across various functions to understand key business objectives, define user experiences, and analyze data to define product roadmaps. : Support teams within GoCART on technical assistance related to the systems in use within GoCART. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should have: stylemargin:bottom:13.0px: : A bachelor s degree with equivalent experience in Salesforce technology. : Overall 9+ years of experience with relevant 6+ years of experience. : Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, including workflows, validation, approval processes, custom metadata, Apex Data Loader, and Workbench. : Hands:on experience in Apex development, Visual Force, Lightning Components, Triggers, Batch scheduling, and deployment and migration of change sets. : Experience in REST API based integrations. : Experience in identity and access management methodologies using standard authentication patterns like OAuth2, SAML (Good to have). : Familiarity with Agile and SDLC methodology. : Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
