Your Mission: As our Principal System Engineer, based in Hyderabad, India and reporting to the IT Manager : System, you will be involved in managing virtual infrastructure environments, troubleshooting Dell Servers hardware, storage, and VMware:based virtual machines independently. Make Your Mark: How You Will Drive Change: : Managing virtual infrastructure environments effectively. : Working independently to troubleshoot issue pertaining to Dell Servers hardware, storage and Virtual machines (VMware) : Architect, build and maintain on premise and/or cloud infrastructure to support team and customer initiatives. : Maintain and improve existing infrastructure (build out autoscaling, support new services, optimize for cost efficiencies/authentication/search, etc) : Seeks opportunities for system improvement with a focus on continuous improvement of system functionality, efficiency and availability. : Work with Information Security Teams to maintain security requirements for operation of systems. : Perform routine equipment checks, preventative maintenance and upgrades. : Maintain up to date documentation of designs/configurations. : Work with other service providers to support areas of common interest : Perform other duties that may be assigned.
