A Financial Controller s duties and responsibilities generally include: Reporting - Project Cost Management and reporting - Developing financial strategy, including risk minimisation plans and opportunity forecasting - High:level financial reporting and analysis to guide decision making - Monthly/ Periodical timely reporting for Group consolidation purpose - Regular budget and forecast preparation and reporting - Stakeholder management including JV board - Inter Company Reporting Financing: - Cash flow management - Debt management with lenders - Financial strategy: Developing financial strategy, including risk minimization plans and opportunity forecasting. - Working capital management - Liasioning with state and central govt authorities for incentives realisation Controlling, taxation (others): - Improving efficiencies and reducing costs across the business - Ensuring compliance with local laws, tax provisions and relevant industry and financial regulations. - Strong experience in capitalisation - Developing financial reviews and providing comments and process improvements. - Working closely with management or executive teams to share reports and analysis findings - Liasoning with external and internal auditors - Creating and monitoring company policies and internal controls, especially spending controls, to safeguard company assets. - Strong documentation with respect to Inter Company/ Related party Transactions - Lead ERP or other IT system enhancements Projects for India Skill set: - Ability to strategize and solve problems - Strong leadership and organizational skills - Excellent communication and people skills - In depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices - Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting meth
