Apply Now About the department: In Corporate Procurement at Novo Nordisk, we build strategies and execute improvement projects to optimize the global indirect spend related to categories such as marketing services, professional services, travel, IT, R and D...The Sourcing Team in Bangalore has been newly created to support the growth in our sourcing pipeline and is responsible for supporting the category managers on various sourcing activities and execution of sourcing projects across indirect categories in marketing and professional services. The Position As a Sourcing Analyst at Novo Nordisk, you will: : Manage end:to:end sourcing activities (from requisition to award) e.g., RFI/RFP/RFQ with close coordination with procurement stakeholders and business. : Conduct detailed bid analysis to assess the factors driving the price variations and ensure compliance with the procurement guidelines and procedures. : Contribute to the success of the category strategies through interaction with category managers in Denmark and other internal stakeholders and negotiate optimal pricing and commercial terms with the suppliers with a focus on the quality of the services delivered. : Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and develop new suppliers based on business needs, as and when required. : Drive digital excellence by using our e:Procurement tool (Coupa). Qualifications: To be considered for this position, find below the key skills and qualifications required. : Bachelor s degree from a reputed university. MSc/MBA preferred. : Experience working with global stakeholders. : 5+ years experience in source:to:contract. : Experience with eProcurement tools, preferably Coupa. : Experience working with indirect procurement categories, marketing, professional services and consulting preferred. : Experience with eAuction, contract drafting and market research. : Strong understanding of the sourcing process and ability to drive it independently. : Proactivity and solution:oriented mindset when it comes to solving your tasks. : Ability to work independently and take ownership. : Ability to synthesise and communicate effectively.
