Their teams are driven by a common purpose: to deliver a better world through their unrivaled technical and digital expertise, a culture of equity, diversity, and inclusion, and a commitment to environmental, social, and governance priorities.Responsibilities:Support the management of day-to-day talent acquisition activities by leading the team anddeveloping internal workflow processes, operating procedures, team schedules, and controls whilst applying company’s standard and strategies to the overall process.Manage the end-to-end functionality of the applicant tracking system.Proactively source candidates in-line to the managerial to executive level requisition qualifications and ensure an active talent pipeline and maintain a good company to candidate relationship with passive and active talents.Perform candidate interviews (technical and non-technical) through phone and video screening activities in compliance with the relevant local regulations and company’s methodologies.Provide update reports and feedback to stakeholders on assigned requisitions.Provide insights and recommendation on the best/alternative approach to the requisitions.Ensure SLA and expectations of the team are always met.Strategically manage the team’s workforce planning and resourcing activities.Lead and/or participate in various governance meetings to discuss operational results, issues,strategies, and solutions to improve team’s performance with internal/external stakeholders.Develop and prepare reports and conduct analyses on resource utilization, performance against SLA targets, quality, and process efficiencyAnalyze complex issues and develop and implement solutions and provide regular performance and operational progress reports to managers to ensure issues are being flagged on a timely manner and ensure gaps are addressedRequirements:10 years + of experience in Recruitment/ TA ideally in an international company, with a focus on EngineeringProven ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships up to a senior level to influence andpositively challenge existing thinkingExperience working with KBR/Workday/Smart Recruiters would be an assetCapability in working with numbersAnalytical skills - ease of drawing conclusionsAbility to work with business independentlyInternational exposureEnglish skills – advancedStrong written, verbal communication and presentation skill
