Why the Role Is Important: Our Salesforce Developer teams are fundamental to ensuring the digital technology and related services that NTT DATA builds for our clients are valuable, intuitive, and impactful. Once You Are Here, You Will: - Bachelor s degree : ideally in Computer Science, Engineering or MIS - 3+ years of experience in Force/Apex, CICD/jenkins/DevOps is mandatory - Experience with Relational databases like PostgreSQL. - Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar. - Experience with the Salesforce platform and related technologies - Experience with Visualforce, Triggers, SOQL, SOSL, API, Flows, LWC, Web Services (SOAP and REST) - Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using SQL. - Good to have Airflow, Tableau - Agile Methodologies and well versed with GUS/JIRA - Strong communication skills to be able to communicate at all levels. - Should have a proactive approach to problem:solving. - Follow release management CI/CD code deployment process to migrate the code changes - Attend the daily scrum calls and working in Global model - Familiarity with Javascript, CSS, Splunk Analytics - Salesforce Certified Platform Developer:I Salesforce Certified App Builder Preferred Experience: - Prior experience with a software development methodology - Excellent written and oral communication skills - Excellent organization, follow up skills, and attention to detail Ideal Mindset: - Problem Solver. You are creative but also practical in finding solutions to problems that may arise in the project to avoid potential escalations. - Analytical. You like to dissect complex processes and can help forge a path based on your findings. - Self:driven. Motivated individual who can efficiently influence delivery in complicated matrix organization.
