Products :Small Batch Loan / Individual Loan / Agri loan (group / individual loan) Role 1. Customer Relationship Executive : Sales 2. Customer Relationship Executive : Collections Customer Relationship Executive : Sales Education : SSLC/PUC/ Any Graduate Experience : 0 : 1 years hands:on experience in sales/customer relations/collections or field coordination. Role Description The Customer Relationship Executive : Sales (CRES)is responsible for identifying and enrolling new potential customers to the system by ensuring policy and procedures of the company Disbursal of loans Customer acquisition for cross sell products (Insurance, Pension) Good number of customer retention across products Loan Disbursal through smart card On time collection across the products Customer Relationship Executive : Collections Education : SSLC/PUC or any degree Experience : 0 : 1 years hands:on experience in sales/customer relations/collections or field coordination. Role Description: The Customer Relationship Executive : Collections (CREC) is responsible for 100 collections and need to retain high of customers across products. Customer acquisition for cross cell Good number of customer retention across products Ensure customer attendance through biometric Loan Disbursal through smart card On time collection across the products Location : Across Tamil Nadu(we have 45 Jana Centers (Branches) and growing) Compensation : 1.25 Lac p.a. + Incentives + Cost of living allowance + Travelling Allowance (3000 p.m) + mobile allowance + Insurance benefits.
