We are currently seeking a ((HRIS Compensation Lead)) to join our team in ((Hyderabad)), ((Telangana)), ((India)). The Compensation Leader has global business ownership of the HR Compensation Management System technology for the Water Technologies and Solutions HR team, focusing on user experience and continuous improvement. Responsible for efficiency and effectiveness of systems and processes, data integrity, process consistency, documentation, and training for over 10,000 employees. As the SuccessFactors compensation module owner within the HRIS team, the Compensation Leader collaborates across global teams to clearly define/review requirements, implement necessary configurations, and manage compensation and variable pay review cycles. The Compensation Leader will manage the day:to:day operations, for compensation and variable pay components in the SAP SuccessFactors platform. This role will support the compensation objectives of the business in the setup and record:keeping of company:wide corporate compensation and variable pay programs. Role Responsibilities: stylemargin:bottom:11.0px: : Partner with the Global Compensation Leaders in the delivery of regional and global compensation initiatives : Work alongside compensation leaders and subject matter experts to ensure the compensation setup and system configuration is regularly reviewed, meets internal governance and system standards and/or requirements : Contribute to the development of standardized compensation operational processes and procedures, guidelines, and documentation and ensures compensation governance model is being followed : Identify and recommend areas for improvement regarding the compensation and related processes : Partner with compensation leaders from other departments to optimize system, simplify the end users overall training experience and drive continuous improvement : Communicate new releases and key information to key stakeholders : Responsible for SuccessFactors Compensation administration including, but not limited to: stylelist:style:type:circle: : Management of forms, users, and foundation master data : Maintenance and support across the module : Maintain supported language translations : Train users with Compensation review and audit process : Release functionality reviews and testing : Reporting and analysis support : Provide cross platform support of all modules (Employee Central, Onboarding, etc.) : Act as second level of compensation support for tickets and inquiries raised to the helpdesk by end users : Train, mentor, and support compensation community on the platform use and reporting : Identify cause/effect relationships and solve issues while eliminating non:value:added activities : Deliver technology that aligns business process and industry best standards utilizing existing software functionality and releases for continuous improvement : Collaborate with HR, IT, and key end users to clearly define requirements to facilitate business requirements : Provide guidance and recommend solutions to HR Leadership Team, Information Technology, and HR Process owners on the Compensation Management System. : Support documentation requirements of any changes, either by the creation of documents and/or reviewing third party documents, including necessary data.
