You are an Analyst : : Review, verify and post PO/NPO invoices (3rd Party/Inter:company) : Understand and pass Goods in Transit and accrual entries at the time of periodic closing of books : Maintain high efficiency and accuracy : Perform vendor account reconciliation, resolve the differences and acquire sign offs : Prepare MIS for meeting management requirements : Prepare and Maintain SOX documentation You connect the dots : : Ensure adequate controls over the process are maintained : Analyze old vendor balances and clear issues arising thereof : Review of debit balances in vendor accounts and resolution of the same. : Review of open Purchase Orders and highlight exceptions. : Review Payment proposal, duplicate invoice checking. You are a collaborator : : Review and timely resolution of all audit queries. : Initiate and participate in continuous improvement projects. You are an innovator : : Address level 2 support related supplier/internal customer inquiries. : Generate, analyze and clearing the GRIR report. What experience and knowledge will you bring? : Bachelors Degree required. : Min 2+ year experience. : SAP. : Taxation knowledge.
