We are looking for a AVP Operation for one of our esteemed Clients for HyderabadLocation. RESPONSIBILITIES: You will be responsible for the monthly targets in terms of no. of houses in our portfolio, no. of houses live on our site and the occupancy rates. Effective and efficient handling of service and maintenance tickets. Ensure smooth move:ins of tenants into our properties. Strive towards operational excellence by monitoring, regularizing and optimizing the TAT of individual activities. Self:motivated to drive himself and his team towards targets Will be managing a team of around 20:25 people (Managers and executives) Identify and tie up with big local furnishing companies to aid to the owners furnishing requirements of the house. Customer centric approach and good with numbers REQUIREMENT: Graduation or MBA from top 15 colleges in India with a minimum of 3+ experience. Must Have: Candidate with a real estate background will be an added advantage. Excellent Communication Skills. Willing to undertake regular field Must have own means of conveyance. Fluency in: English and Hindi experience. Hindi: a must The local language: an added advantage.
