We are looking for a BI Team Lead for one of our esteemed Clients forMumbai Location. RESPONSIBILITIES: Most Important is to Lead the team to think and deliver high quality and creative / innovative BI solutions. Plan, Design, Implement and Optimize BI solutions in SQL / NoSQL environment using best BI practices. Optimize ETL jobs. Optimize queries / procedures in SQL / NoSQL environment. Optimize Datawarehouse / Datamarts. Design data visualization dashboards with help of Data Visualization tools like Tableau, Jaspersoft, Spotfire, etc. Should have expert knowledge on one of these tools for creating intuitive data visualization dashboards. Database administration. Keep a check on Data Integrity and Consistency. Ensure Database Availability for reporting. Cross Team Collaboration for managing multiple BI assignments. Conduct brainstorming sessions with stakeholders for requirement gathering and analysis. Conduct peer reviews and guide assigned team members. Co:ordinate between Business stakeholders and BI team for delivering high quality BI solutions. Visualize opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and initiate and implement subsequent projects to bring in efficiency. Monitor and Improvise best practices / processes to manage daily BI operational work. Coming up with creative and innovative BI solutions to suit the business use cases for accessing data insights in accurate, scalable and timely manner. REQUIREMENT: BE / BTech / BSc in Computer Science/IT. 8:10 years of experience in Datawarehouse and Business Intelligence domain. In:depth knowledge of NoSQL, HDFS, Hadoop, MongoDB, MySQL. In:depth knowledge of RDBMS, Datawarehousing and Datamarts concepts. Hands:on experience on ETL tools like Talend. Expert in BI data visualization tools in industry (Any one of Cognos, Jaspersoft, Pentaho, Tableau or similar BI tools). Good knowledge of performance tuning / optimization (query:optimization, index tuning, caching). Excellent Analytical and requirement gathering / analysis skills. Smart, motivated and team oriented. Excellent technical and communication skills. Excellent listener and interpreter.
