Visual designer 3 5 years for an fastest growing retail company

We are looking for a Visual Designer for one of our esteemed Clients for BangaloreLocation. RESPONSIBILITIES: Create beautiful, user:centric user interfaces for consumers. Own the visual aspect of company products : Retailer, Logistics and Seller apps. Create developer:friendly visual guidelines for company s products. Understand user well and work closely with the product team to understand business requirements. Translate wire frames and sketches into visually appealing interfaces for mobile and web. Create UI elements, illustrations, and icons. Work closely with a senior interaction designer. Contribute to interaction design and fill in as interaction designer every now and then. Work closely with developers to achieve pixel:perfection during development. REQUIREMENT: At least 3 years of experience in a consumer:centric product organization. Highly proficient with design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or Sketch. Experience in using prototyping tools like Invision. Experience in designing for web, mobile web and native android applications. Good understanding of best practices in design and interaction design principles. Good understanding of user experience while creating visual designs. Attention to detail and expertise in typography and iconography. Creativity to produce new concepts. Ability to work quickly and independently. Proven ability to work cross:functionally with product and engineering.
