We are looking for a Sales for one of our esteemed Clients for BangaloreLocation. RESPONSIBILITIES: Deliver customer acquisition, Topline sales/profitability and renewal/upsell targets for enterprise accounts in his/her portfolio. Establish the company as the leading partner for the allocated enterprise accounts among the real estate property portals. Work closely with the product/operations/ customer experience teams to craft and deliver a solution that meets the enterprise accounts needs. Diligently capture information/summary of sales calls in the CRM application to help the Sales Head plan sales targets. Deliver annual target revenue goals. REQUIREMENT: Candidate to have 1:8 years of experience in sales/business development. Solution selling ability to understand customers requirements and craft compelling solutions. Good experience of selling digital products to large/medium accounts. Good understanding of the Real estate landscape and established relationships with large and medium builders (nice to have, not must have). Excellent communication skills, an attitude to get things done and willingness to work in a high:growth start:up environment. Excellent Relationship Management skills.
