Responsibilities: Engage with business representatives to lead the technology component of business initiatives in the markets as face of T PE. Assess the market technology requirements, business value and prioritize accordingly.Recommend best T PE product(s) to achieve the business strategy.Participate in technology service centralization and standardization with central T PE teams. Perform requirement assessment based on business impact, drive the feedback loop to keep T PE Product Teams informed about market strategies and challenges.Understand and promote the TP E products, solutions and standards.Collaborate with central T PE teams (i.e. Connectivity, Compute Storage, End user computing etc.) to identify the business impact of the product, evaluate the added value and inform Market IT and business teams about product portfolio and roadmap.Perform TP E coordination role in local IT/Business projects. Actively participate in all local IT projects and coordinate complying with our client TP E products, methodology, standards and guidelines to ensure quality of delivered work and meeting project requirements.Local TP E budget management in collaboration with product teams.Local T PE vendor, contract and procurement management.Coordinate and perform hands on for last mile local activities (project and incidents) for T PE infrastructure services.Requirements: Must have at least a bachelor s degree, (preferably in computer related area).2 to 4 years of business/IT experience in IT.Experience in multinational Corporation.Project Management Advanced skills and experience in IT Service Management.Experience in IT technologies: basic in Server, Storage and Backup Solutions, Cloud Computing, advanced in Networks, Telecommunications, End User Technologies ComponentsBudget, Procurement, Contract and Vendor ManagementStrong English speaking, writing, and communications skills including technical writing.Driven customer focus and ability to think out of the box solutions to deliver the best customer experience.Strong communication skills and ability to communicate technical subjects to both IT and business–centric audiences to build champions and deliver results.Team player with ability to build pro-active, co-operative working relationships with customers, peers and key stakeholders based on respect and teamwork.Work location is Nis, to nurture local collaboration and relationships between all partners involved – flexible working arrangements.International and domestic travel might be requested occasionally.
