They are one of the world’s largest oil producers. They are constantly growing by creating new technologies through its Research and Development efforts and branch into new business lines through Investments and Acquisitions.Responsibilities:Plan, design and develop curricula and coordinate with SMEs from various business segments (i.e., Admin Areas) courses in accounting, finance and other business domains. Co-deliver the courses with SMEs from relevant business segment.Identify and make recommendations of new course offerings in consultation with SMEs from various business segmentsMake consistent effort to update course materials with new knowledge and participate in planning initiatives and successfully complete ad-hoc tasks.Requirements:Minimum Requirements: As the successful candidate, you will hold a Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or in a related discipline from a reputable University.Possession of relevant professional certification (e.g., CMA, CFA, CPA, CA) is required.You should have a minimum of 10 years of related experience of which at least 5 years in training and development space, and experience in oil and gas industry is preferred but not required.Evidence of leadership in projects, ability to effectively work in a team environment, and excellent communication skills are required.
