Responsibilities:Understand the regional, functional, business, strategic goals which will be obtained by P C stakeholders and functional / regional leads.Execute the TA strategy to meet the business needs by translating it into a tactical TA plan incl. TA Delivery, Global Talent Sourcing, Employer Branding Early Careers etc.Manage the operational TA plan. Lead the operational delivery of regional or functional projects for global adoption after identifying functional or local pain points.Obtain agreement on the priority initiatives and create a structured project plan to address the functional or local need.Contribute to regional, country, or functional projects to improve the TA service by identifying areas to improve the current service catalogue.Obtain the Hiring Forecasts from stakeholders in collaboration with P C and Finance colleagues to identify the number of hires required in the year and to then be able to allocate Recruiters to support the functional or local demand.Manage the capacity of the regional, country or functional team(s) to track available TA resource to deliver to the forecast and ensure recruiters have the optimum level of vacanciesTracks spend against agreed budgets to ensure agency spend and other associated TA costs remain in the budget allocated by the Head of TA DeliveryPartner with P C, Finance and the business and build relationships with key stakeholders to work together and drive the TA agenda and remain aligned on the overall strategy.Tracking of data and input into local or functional reporting to share the outputs of TA Delivery with P C, Finance and the business including vacancy status, project delivery and OGSM progress.Drive consistency of delivery through regional, country, or functional TA teams by tracking vacancy and candidate management SLA’s.Ensure standardization of TA process across the regional, market or function and effective use of data to manage the recruiters and ensure process adherence.Ensure team delivery against TA OGSM by providing clarity of the team and individual targets and tracking progress against them on a quarterly basis.Delivery of the technical aspects of TA (WHAT) and drive the right TA behaviors throughout the TA organization (HOW).Recruiter management development to ensure consistency of service and empower others to drive TA Delivery and improve the candidate and hiring manager experience.Create individual development plans for all Recruiters. Requirements:University degree8+ years in Human Resources and multinational environment; minimum 4-5 years in Recruiting/Talent AcquisitionKnowledge and experience in creating and implementing Talent Acquisition strategies and initiatives.Expertise in-depth experience in Employer Branding, CRM, AssessmentExperience in training and coaching line managers on recruitment and selection philosophies, processes, and policiesExperience in leveraging metrics and internal/external insights to identify and implement areas for process and program improvement.Experience in leading multiple, big-scale projects simultaneously is required, as is the ability to develop relationships and influence others.People management experienceStrong communication and analytical skills.
