They are constantly growing by creating new technologies through its Research and Development efforts and branch into new business lines through Investments and Acquisitions.Responsibilities:Analyze, design, develop, implement, and evaluate performance solutions.Identify opportunities to implement improvements to increase effectiveness of curriculum.Partner with potential customers including employees, SMEs, management, and leaders from multiple business lines to implement effective learning solutions.Develop and implement standards and procedures to ensure the relevance of learning content.Work with team members to manage content on LMS and assist with implementation of a LCMS.Utilize learning technologies where appropriate to provide effective content delivery.Leverage relevant systems for e-learning, virtual learning, collaboration, mobile learning, learning management, content management, knowledge management, talent management, and performance monitoring.Work independently, developing deliverables utilizing stakeholder inputUse Microsoft Office products to develop professional documents, presentations, and spreadsheets.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Human Resource Development, Adult Education, Organizational Development, or similar field.Ten (10) years of experience related to the analysis, design, development, implementation, facilitation, and evaluation of learning, development, and performance solutions.High level of proficiency in English reading, listening, writing, and speaking.High level of familiarity using learning technologies, including learning management systems, virtual communication platforms (e.g., Zoom), and e-learning development (e.g. Storyline, Rise and Captivate).3 years of facilitation experienceHigh level of proficiency using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.Adaptability and the ability to effectively work with limited oversightRemain flexible with changes in project scope, deadlines and resources.ESL Certification preferredExperience with AR/VR implementation preferredCertified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) or similar professional certification preferred.
