They fall in the Top 10 Dutch Companies. Their core business is to provide expert solutions that combine deep domain knowledge with specialized technology and services to its clients. The company serves various markets like legal, risk, compliance, accounting, finance, etc.Role Description:You will be working for the Tax Accounting unit; the business unit provides Addison AKTE software product lines.In this position you will be responsible for maintaining existing customers as well as for acquiring new customers in our target markets of tax consulting/medium-sized companies.You will be specifically identifying customer needs, you ensure an increase in customer productivity and profitability. Responsibilities:In close cooperation with our consulting team, you will motivate our customers to continuously develop their processes.After the migration has been completed, you will take over the further support and advice of our customers.Thanks to regular and close contact with customers, you will develop an understanding of their individual needs and be able to offer further suitable solutions in a targeted manner.When our software is updated, you analyze the existing customer base and identify upsell potential.You are responsible for meeting your sales targets and developing your sales territory.You will present our company and our software portfolio at decision-making level.Requirements: After completing a degree in business administration or commercial training (e.g. as a tax clerk), you already have several years of experience in a comparable job in software or a related industry.You enjoy working intensively and long-term with customers, are loyal and know how to build sustainable and reliable business relationships.You are familiar with social media channels and know how to use the networks profitably.You love to communicate and enjoy being on site with your customers and prospects.As a good team player (m/f/d) with a high sense of responsibility, you still work independently and proceed methodically and pragmatically.
