Responsibilities:Participate in deployment of commercial capability development strategy.Design development/training programs to ensure continuous development of colleagues working in commercial function.Ensure excellence in execution of all commercial capability building programs and initiatives, including selection and management of third-party providers as well as facilitation of internal programs and initiatives.Ensure co-ordination with local / cluster / our client Central Function teams during the design and implementation of all Commercial training development initiatives at the market.Close collaboration with SFP, CC, Commercial operation functionsProactively identify areas to enhance development practices for Commercial organization.Continuously stay up to date with new development / adult learning trends and actively build in these to PMHU’s commercial development approach.Requirements:At least 3-5 years of experience in sales marketing; HR/P C; capability building; training; coaching; project management position.Fluency in Hungarian AND EnglishUniversity or college degreeGood organizational and project management skillsStrong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind.Independent, strategic thinkingCollaborative approach, capability of managing diverse stakeholder group.Good time management as well as flexibility in dealing with unexpected situations.A team-oriented approach and experience of working in commercial and cross functional teams
