Responsibilities:Collaboration and build strong relationships with business leaders, regional stakeholders, build Long-term short-term HR plans Implement change management plans, identify gaps from regional to local initiativesTake ownership of employee engagements, diversity, inclusion and equalities initiativesSupport compliances with local regulatory frameworksIntroduce positive mindset, listen to employees, providing employee development plansCollaborate closely with other HR functionsRequirements:Minimum 10 years of Human Resources experience, with recent years focusing in HR Business Partnering.Experience in change management and strategic workforce planning.Experience collaborating with various senior stakeholders.Strong knowledge in Human resources functions and ability to collaborate in other HR functions
