They employ approximately 20,000 people and have operations mainly in Sweden, Germany, the Netherlands, Denmark and the UK.Role Description:We have an exceptional opportunity for an accomplished Health and Safety (H S) specialist to lead the establishment of robust health and safety support systems.In this role, you will coordinate Fire Safety protocols across our global common offices.Joining our esteemed H S Nordics team, you will play a pivotal role in initiating and maintaining comprehensive healthcare initiatives tailored specifically for Denmark.Your contributions will extend beyond regional borders, providing invaluable knowledge, training, and standardized instructions to Corporate Staff Functions and Business Area Market managers and employees.Responsibilities:Implementing the World Class H S strategy to ensure optimal safety standards company-wide.Overseeing health care contracts and maintaining quality care standards.Strategically managing health initiatives and processes.Maintaining a comprehensive legal register and providing support on legal matters.Compiling and submitting H S reports for various purposes.Developing and disseminating common H S instructions.Coordinating H S training programs and facilitating webinars.Collaborating on international H S projects.Establishing systematic work environment tasks for all common offices.Serving as the primary point of contact for H S matters in Denmark.Coordinating Fire Safety protocols for common offices throughout the our client.As the designated Fire Safety Coordinator, you will ensure adherence to stringent fire safety measures worldwide, contributing to advancing our global safety standards.Requirements:Qualifications:Your role:As a member of the H S team Nordics within Corporate Staff Functions, you will collaborate closely with H S Specialists and Rehabilitation Specialists to provide comprehensive support to businesses and managers.You will actively engage in H S projects determined by national teams or the Group Centre of Excellence, ensuring the implementation of industry best practices across different regions.Your profile:We are seeking an experienced individual with a track record of leading Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) initiatives, ideally within a large-scale global enterprise.You should demonstrate competency and experience in Health and Safety legislation, regulatory requirements, and Fire Safety.Proficiency in collaborating with international and culturally diverse teams, exceptional networking skills, and fluency in English are essential.Join our team and contribute to our mission of bolstering safety standards organization-wide, making a meaningful difference in safeguarding our workforce and environment.
