About our client:Our Client operates in the Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Industry, with its headquarters rooted strongly in Singapore. It has its branches spread to more than 5 countries, providing employment to 250 people. Their core business is to represent their client in countries that they do not operate in, and market/sell their products for them. They have achieved a wide client base in a very short time, and are looking for new talent.Responsibilities:The Key Account Manager will manage key chain drug stores – , ensure that the sales objectives are met for the Company Direct-To-Consumer business.Key responsibilities include the following:Negotiations with key accounts and the development of annual account business plans.Delivery of KPIs: Sales, distribution, availability, visibility, and inventory management of Company products in-store – both offline and online (if applicable).Budget management and delivery of ROI for activities executed.Major activities:Develop account strategies for chains handled.Acquire an in-depth understanding of customer needs, requirements, future plans and trends from a retailer, category and shopper perspective in order to customize engagements with each retailer partner.Establish strong relationships and partnerships with key personnel in retailer chains managed to gain supplier preference and to drive business collaborations for future innovations.Ensure sufficient supply through a robust forecasting process with accounts.Ensure distribution, availability and in-store execution in relevant channels.Gather competitive intelligence and relay relevant information to the PH leadership team in order to prepare and adjust if needed.Create demand generation programs that will drive KPIs and profitability.Resolve issues and concerns of customers and coordinate with internal teams for any help needed.Continuous motivation and coaching to merchandising team members to drive performance.Liaise with third-party partners and internal stakeholders to meet sales and merchandising objectives. (merchandising agency, distributor partners, internal marketing, supply chain and finance teams)Requirements:Degree in Business/Marketing preferred.Good understanding of the latest retailer and shopper trends.Good analytical skills, evaluate data and provide insights to improve sales.Min 3-4 years of sales experience in FMCG and/or Consumer Healthcare industries.Customer focused with strong interpersonal skills and able to illustrate agility to work and manage cross-functional teams. Previously or currently managing key chain drug store accountsAdaptability to a dynamic business environment and problem-solving skills.Good communication skills to be able to drive his/her agenda to a wide and varied audience from merchandisers to the management team.
