They are constantly growing by creating new technologies through its Research and Development efforts and branch into new business lines through Investments and Acquisitions.Responsibilities:You are expected to be able to perform the following:Design standardized methodologies to collect, maintain, analyze, and present assets’ operational and financial performance dataDesign key performance indicators (KPIs) to track assets operational and financial performanceAnalyze and evaluate the financial and operational performance of Company’s downstream assets (e.g., turnarounds performance, maintenance costs)Benchmark assets’ performance against industry leaders as well as other Company s downstream assets, utilizing standard Oil Gas performance benchmarks (e.g., Solomon benchmarks preferred) and internal performance dataCreate and maintain models for the reporting of financial and operational results and conduct regular full potential assessments and gap studies of Company’s downstream assets utilizing benchmarking data, and estimate gained financial value from improvementPrepare and present portfolio performance reports and presentations, highlighting key findings and recommendations for GME leadership reviewCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify portfolio optimization opportunities and develop strategies/initiatives to address themParticipate in the development of assets performance dashboards and reporting toolsStay abreast of global and regional O G industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes that may impact assets performanceRequirements:As the successful candidate you will hold Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance or a related field. An MBA is preferred.You will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in performance management, data analysis or a related role within the downstream oil gas industryYou have solid experience in analyzing and interpreting complex operational and financial data from large Oil Gas downstream assetsYou have solid experience with Oil Gas benchmarking and performance management frameworks, such as Solomon or RAMYou will be able to demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for financial and operational decision-makingYou have experience working with data analysis tools and performance metrics, as well as presentation and reporting tools (e.g., MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)You will be able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present findings to diverse audiences, both technical and non-technicalYou will be able to demonstrate strong understanding of downstream oil gas operations, including refining and petrochemicalsCertifications such as Cost Professional (CCP), or similar are preferred. You will be able to demonstrate understanding that operations are crucial for providing meaningful cost optimization and better cost structure and allocation.You have experience in strategic cost management, involving the ability to strategically evaluate and manage costs to align with company long term goals.
